Legendary Outkast member and one of the greatest rapper ever Andre 3000 is releasing new music for the first time in 17 years on 11/17. He is releasing a flute project with the title ‘New Blue Sun’ that will feature no rapping, singing or beats. It will be 87-minute experimental album and comes with the warning label saying ‘Warning : No Bars’.
